To accomplish his initial goal of relief of pain and symptoms, Dr. Helwig uses a simple, straightforward approach to locate the cause.  Additionally, he stresses the ongoing importance of correction, stabilization, and prevention.

With more than 25years of experience in treating patients with excellent adjusting skills, Dr. Helwig has a proven track record in finding solutions to the health concerns of his patients.

Dr. Helwig feels a strong relationship with the Oak Lawn area.  He grew up in Burbank, and after completing his doctorate in chiropractic and years of interning, he came back to the community that raised him.  Dr. Helwig has created an advanced alternative and complimentary program of care in order to provide more comprehensive natural care.  His treatments include the latest technologies of Spinal Decompression Therapy, ProAdjuster, Erchonia Cold Laser, Thermal Body Scan, specific and gentle adjusting, hands-on personalized exercise programs, and a caring attitude.
